Exchange Policy:

At Haris N Tehzeeb (HNT), we prioritize customer satisfaction. Any product purchased from our online store can be exchanged only through the Online Store, subject to certain conditions. The item must be unused and retain its original label and tag. Exchanges are only facilitated in cases where an incorrect order was delivered or if the product is found to be faulty. This policy applies exclusively to local orders.

Exchange Procedure:
We take pride in our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, once an order is processed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there has been an error on our part or the received item is damaged or defective. If such a situation arises, kindly notify us on the day of delivery and return the faulty or damaged parcel to us within 3 days to qualify for an exchange. Contact our customer service center via email at sale@harisntehzeeb.com, providing your order number, and our representative will assist you in scheduling the exchange.

Refund Timing and Cancellation Option:
You have the option to request a refund up to 1 day before the shipping company takes possession of your parcel. However, once the dispatching department has shipped your parcel, refunds are no longer possible. If your parcel encounters significant delays and you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up to 1 day before the shipping company assumes control.

Shipping Policy:
We want to ensure transparency regarding our shipping process:

  • Shipping Responsibility and Estimated Delivery: Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, any issues such as loss or delay during transit are beyond our control. While we provide estimated delivery times, please note that these are approximate and not guaranteed.

  • Disputes with the Shipping Company: In case of any shipping-related issues, we advise you to directly contact the shipping company for resolution. Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds for delays or issues caused by the shipping company after your order has left our premises.

Return Policy:
Any product purchased from our E-Store can only be exchanged or returned via the E-Store.

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization from us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with labels intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To proceed with the return, you can contact us at any of our provided contact numbers or emails (see Contact Us page). If your return is eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we do not offer return and exchange policies on sale items and gift cards.

How to Return:
You can return your item using any courier or postal service (e.g., Post Office, LCS, TCS, etc.). Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance are provided, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.

You can also return your items by hand at our Head Office (address provided on Contact Us page). Please ensure you provide your invoice.

International Orders:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our international orders.
